　　本报讯杭州市住房保障和房产管理局原副局长张新利用职务受贿，该案已被移送至杭州检察院，成为该市继原杭州副市长许迈永案之后最受关注的大案。浙江“两会”期间，浙江省人大代表、杭州检察院检察长吴春莲透露，目前已查实张新在担任建委房地产开发处处长期间，存在低买高卖炒房行为。

　　数月前，张新被纪委带走，传张名下房产20多套，价值数以亿计，多系杭城房产商上贡。杭州相关部门日前证实，张新被停职调查，张新妻子亦被纪委带走。

　　吴春莲透露，目前张新案件还在调查中，数额尚未彻底查清，但没有社会传言巨资和多套房产。张新案发于时任杭州建委房地产开发处处长时，他经手的房子可能有20多套，其中不完全是贪污，多数是因为他脑子活络，利用熟人关系低买高卖炒房行为。张新被查处可能涉嫌违纪、不正之风、工作作风等行为。（来源：京华时报 钟欣）
